I love it here! The staff is great, and maintenance are always on top of things! Its so quiet here as well. Our space was freshly cleaned when we moved in and very nice! And I just love how big my kitchen is. I’m happy to call this place my home for now, and I plan on staying, highly recommend!❤️

Stayed here for all of four months. We soon discovered mold in the ventilation system (that is shared between units). Upon reporting this to the office, we began our long and grueling journey of trying to rectify the situation after my roommate got sick and racked up numerous medical bills-most likely from mold exposure. We were met with anger and many rude exchanges before being allowed to leave. As far as we know, nothing has been done to remedy the hazardous mold that is clearly present in multiple apartments. I would recommend finding a different apartment complex.

High levels of mold in HVAC system caused me to become incredibly ill with severe respiratory conditions and had to go to the hospital multiple times and undergo expensive and unpleasant testing, and my pets died from respiratory failure around the same time I became incredibly ill as well. Ivy Manor hired air quality testers and those reports showed high concentrations of multiple forms of mold even compared to outside levels. Only positive thing was that we were let out of our lease early after an incredibly horrible experience.

Never in my life have I had my car broken into until I lived here. My upstairs neighbors can be heard walking around, running around, their kids jump in beds at 2 in the morning and it is 3$ to wash and dry one load of clothes. Their are no lights in any rooms except the kitchen hallway and bathroom. The ceiling has water stains in the restroom and the toilet always runs. The walls are nonexistent bc you can hear every persons conversation and argument. They say you get what you pay for but come on! Really?
