I called the store, they will be closed on weekends now. The store is not closing, will be opened weekdays now only. Hope this helps.
They were closed last Saturday and their door only says Monday thru Friday! Also as of March 28th they are permanently closing the Roseville location. So if you need something as simple as a new remote you have to call and waste some technician's time to come out and bring you a remote!
