Kenny G was the worst experience ever they kept my ring for over a week and wasnt ready as promised then told me that i would ruin this sales reps vacation if he had to go get my ring. So had to wait till following week to get it. Kenny g is a jewlery warehouse they have no instore jeweler. Everything gets sent out. Would not recommend at all.

He put together a ring that was a mashup of a bunch of different designs that I brought to him and I couldn’t be happier! My now fiancée absolutely loves the ring and we will highly recommend not only going to Kenny G, but also highly recommend Ryan. As he and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and welcoming!
