This store is so wack the females that go to that store are all pretending to be rich but there on a wish and prayer The women that work there think that they can afford the clothes that they sell for consignment but they can’t even afford the consignment their selves stop pretending to be in a bracket that you’re not and then have the nerve to treat somebody like there to good for you when they can’t even afford the clothes themselves I brought and three full bags of brand new Old Navy gap fashion nova jeans for them to call me in the next day and give me $16 in-store credit and I had to bring take back all three big bags of clothes and they were stating that they don’t sell or except these brands and they treated me like I had no business being in there then they watched me the whole time as I try to spend my little $16 in there but everything so ugly they can have my $16 credit and they were watching me like I was going to steal from them so petty

I come here any chance I can and always find amazing things here! Had amazing customer service yesterday with one of the workers (don’t know her name, she was younger with bangs and I think her hair was dark with pink in it) and she was amazing and so sweet!! I have also sold in the past and often they don’t take a lot of the items I’m selling, not super surprised on that as I know they can be picky with what they take.

First the store itself has items that are way out of trend and are super overpriced with mostly everything averaging from 15-22.50 for tops that had stitching coming apart and most of the clothes were super worn. The store is also super inconvenient to shop in two people can’t shop in the same aisle without bumping into each other. I tried selling here for the first time a couple not very old Brandy Melville items and brand new Abercrombie items they didn’t take any of it which I normally wouldn’t mind but all of their brandy Melville was Circa 2018 probably not coming here again to shop or to sell.

If you try sell clothes they make you wait in line 5 other people do yourself a favor and tell the workers here there slow, nobody wants to sell clothes by waiting 30 minutes you people have no respect for people's time

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Thanks for checking, Donna. We do not.
Since our fitting rooms are currently closed, we've made our return policy more generous: returns can be made up to 14 days when tags are attached and receipt provided, and we're returning to original payment, whether cash, credit/debit card or store credit.
From Zara to Zac Posen, we buy the brands and designers that are popular today. We don’t keep a strict list of what labels we do and don’t buy, but some labels and designers that our customers want right now are Lululemon, Louis Vuitton, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Levi’s, Gap, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Burberry, Madewell, Zara, Vince, All Saints, Free People, Frye, J Crew, DVF, Rag + Bone, Alice + Olivia, Prada, Christian Louboutin, Alexander Wang, Coach and many more. Most importantly, we buy items that are in excellent condition, in season and on trend.
Thank you for your message. We do not purchase formal wear in store.
Thanks for your email. The decision to purchase any clothing is made in the store at the Sell counter. You can call the store directly and ask to speak to a buyer and they should be able to help, or just bring your items in and have the buyer take a look. Here is contact info for all of our locations: http://crossroadstrading.com/locations/
They don't take infant clothes or shoes.
I think they give you something like 20 or 25% of what you paid. That information would be on their website
I think they do but Im not to sure since I never really see any plus sizes in store
yes and no, they buy whats in trend/style with teens/young adults, brand name HELPS with them buying it but they buy off brand names to
