This was our 2nd time working with Jim and Michelle. They are truly the dream team. The first time around they helped us by our first home back in 2020. And now they just sold that home and helped us find out “forever” home. They are truly the most kind and thoughtful couple. Anytime we had a question, concern, or wanted to see a home they were there. They helped guide us through the biggest purchases of our lives and we truly appreciate them. Thank you

My husband and I were first time home buyers. Our prior agent experience when we began the process didn’t end how we expected and left us feeling overwhelmed and very discouraged in our process for looking and buying our first new home. The second we met Jim and Michelle, we immediately knew in our hearts that we found a solid power team. You could feel the level of professional experience they both had with years and years of doing what they love and are passionate about. They are very skilled with relationship building, knowing when this is the right house for you or not, staying on top of tasks daily, and handling conflict. My husband and I hardly had stress on our side of things, I felt treated no differently than some of their bigger or higher paying clients. Jim and Michelle gave us their all and best and I’m truly thankful for their stamina and hearts.

Jim and Michelle are the most kind, professional, and courteous people we could have ever ask to be in our first-time home buyer team. From providing experience insight on the properties we looked at, to answering questions about all the documentation we had to review, they were with us every step of the way. They quickly took our priorities and gave us advice on how to narrow our search and focus our efforts, so that we could find a great fit. Jim and Michelle made us feel appreciated and valued, and we are just very grateful we found them. Would recommend and reach out again for our next real estate endeavor! 10/10

Jim and Michelle helped us buy our first home in October 2021. We knew almost nothing about the home buying process, they took the time to explain everything to us. They went above and beyond every step of the way; got to know and understand us to better help our search, ensured we were putting in a competitive offer, constantly updating us throughout the purchasing process, re-assuring us when we thought something would get in the way of closing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area!

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
