I don't know how this place has any poaitive reviews. I've never waited less than an hour to get in, one appointment I left after 90 minutes of waiting, the last appointment we walked in and they had to reschedule as no one was there - I guess they called put or took the day off or something. Today no one is at the front desk except someone who is filling in as she usually works in a different spot so she doesn't have answers to a lot of questions but at least she seems competent and professional unlike any of the other girls working at the desk usually. We waited 35 minutes this time to be brought back and I was impressed it didn't take an hour or more. We've now been sitting in the chair for 25 minutes. So we're at an hour and still waiting. I will never be coming here again. The only reason I'm here again is to get a filling done and didn't want to start over with a new dentist.

Adds extra charges for their clients bills repeatedly, claiming that insurance didnt cover the services that they previously stated they would. Find out it was their own input mistake and they refuse to correct it. They are always running a scam on their patients. Can't trust them. Read the other reviews stating similar circumstances.
