If I've already sent in required documents ahead of the deadline and haven't heard anything from my case worker and the phones are always busy what should i do ????

Go in and pull a number and talk to a food stamp worker

Go to the office

If you aren't call on the date the letter informs you then go in with all of your documents and pull a number, wait to speak to someone about your case...in most cases they may have tried to reach you, and it could have come from an unknown or out of area that you chose not to answer or you could have a block on your phone that could have prevented them from calling you back..the have a responsibility to call you but not write you regarding the unanswered call/interview..

All you can do is wait, they will call you.

They did same to me asking for about fifteen documents I provided them and zero call back and still got cut off.
