Don't bother to arrive early, there will be a wait, even if you check in online. Waiting area is pleasant, but the tables are dusty and garbage left behind is not removed. Also there was an incessant beeping sound audible the entire time, which was annoying. Other than the beeping, it was so quiet that you can hear everyone reciting their personal info at check-in. The mammogram tech was quite good and very professional, as was my ultrasound tech. Funny how medical tests for women are so uncomfortable. If men had to get mammograms, the machines would be made of velvet.

I’m in pain. No one should get a Mammogram at Touro Imaging 2929 Napoleon Ave, New Orleans. Touro Infirmary your employee there is abusive and needs to be stopped. She shouldn’t touch another patient. She will not adjust the machine. She was rude and smirked at me. She closed the machine in my breast bone and would not move it. I’m in pain.

I haven’t even been in to get my X-Ray and the staff has already been exceptionally helpful, genuine, and kind. I am grateful for their professionalism and hospitality.
