One of the most corrupt power companies I have ever dealt with. They are completely untrustworthy. Their infrastructure is completely out of date and they are passing all of the cost onto us. They are also, of course, passing on the cost of inflation and increased gas prices. They keep saying when the weather cools and when gas prices go down, costs will go down. Well it is technically cooler than June, and natural gas prices have gone down, but somehow the cost per kWh has stayed at the increased level and my bill keeps increasing.

My energy charge is $11.59. Just for a perspective it is like running about 10 light bulbs all day every month. However, My bill is $580.65 ($1200 for 2 months) Several times called entergy about this no one has helped yet. I will be disconnecting power line and try to light the facility with rechargable solutions which i will be recharging at my house and bring it to work daily.

Louisiana needs to deregulate and get more power companies. energy is absolute joke!!! They do not care about customers. supervisors promise things and when you call them on it they leave you holding the bag. I'm occurring thousands of dollars of expenses due to their incompetence.

Wait until that building opens, like me. Then go pay it. They have billions of dollars. Tell them to waive the late fee too.
