Absolutely horrible. After I had called in the morning and they gave a window of time that I could be seen by a nurse. When I went they informed me that they had no availability and the older woman was very rude about the fact that my usual physician had moved from that location and she had no idea who would have told me that. I explained that I simply needed an prescription renewal and for my blood pressure medication and she simply turned away and ignored me… at least pretend to care? You are in the wrong profession. Other than my personal distaste for that interaction I would like to say I renewed my prescription for less than half the price they quoted me and didn’t have to leave home. Goodrx.com if u don’t have insurance. Don’t waste your time with these clowns and that level of disrespect/disorganization.

The review is old ( for dr levani who left) dont trust my review for year 2022. Thanks I have been in many places before choosing this provider and none were satisfying. My husband accidentally found the place and then I switched my primary care too. Dr Levani is great. Very passionate about your concerns and so knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and takes a good time listening and examining. He is new to this office and i think the negative reviews goes to the care before him. His nurse called me after visit couple of times to find me and tell me my prescription is ready and I forgot to take some sheets. This is for me of a great importance compared to my previous very bad practice at Dr Milani’s whose assistant never ever called me to give result of blood work and when i called, asked me to pay for getting my result! The front desk staff were also polite and attentive I recommend this primary care and specially dr Livani. You wont be disappointed

Very badly mismanaged. My mom explained the symptoms she was feeling and they kept insisting she had covid or the flu. She’s had covid before so she knows how it feels like and they kept dismissing her. The covid and flu test came out negative.. they completely dismissed her other symptoms I don’t know how they can call themselves doctors. You give people the minimum amount of care and attention. Don’t come here if you need to be treated. Don’t waste your time.
