Went to this urgent care after a serious fall with facial injuries. Took a while to be seen but the care was excellent. The doctor was friendly, comforting and they were able to do the appropriate x rays on site. Fantastic staff - worth the wait time!

We waited for 3 hours to be seen for my fiancée's back pain at the urgent care. After 3 total hours of sitting, my fiancée had stepped outside for a phone call and the nurse came out to call for her. I said she stepped out, let me grab her quick and the nurse acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to her, dropping her clipboard against her thighs, rolling her eyes and sighing dramatically. You made us wait for 3 hours but act like it's the end of the world to take literally 30 seconds for me to step out the door and grab my fiancée? I am not angry about having to wait so long, I understand everyone is understaffed and it isn't their fault. What I am angry about is the disrespect and child-like behavior from someone who KNEW we were sitting and waiting so long. On top of that, while she was in the room, this nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would not let my fiancée speak or talk about what was wrong or what kind of pain she was having, the nurse just aggressively pushed all over her back and then prescribed a muscle relaxer. No professionalism, no care, and no consideration for patients. Would highly recommend a taking longer drive to a different urgent care, this one is definitely not worth it.

Horrible place! Turned away three times now!! Tried to go in for URGENT care and they turn me away every time. They are always closing early or have weird excuses why they cant take on anymore patients.

Just came back from here.. terrible experience. Rude Np. Went in there with a full blown cold.. they swabbed me for covid and basically kicked me out telling me take Sudafed.. the reviews are right this place is trash.
