I wish I could give a lower rating. Let’s start with the fact that I pulled into the rear took the tv out and proceeded up the steps to an unkempt man who didn’t offer to help but simply told me to walk my 50’ tv to the front. Ok so he’s no gentleman I digress. Get in there and he smells like he clearly just finished smoking weed and talked very slow and charged 50 dollars just to look at it. Never once was I contacted after 5 days of nothing, I called them the line goes to another guy’s cellphone that has his v/m full so you cant leave a message. Finally someone calls back after 3 attempts to tell me what the supposed issue is. Tells me the parts will arrive on Saturday (7 days at this point) and tv will be ready Monday. No call M-F of that week while I’m calling them now the phone is saying it’s disconnected. Go over there to same dirty guy who says they are still waiting on parts. 2 weeks later I pick up my tv because its still not fixed and they are refusing to refund for parts and labor that they didn’t use or never even ordered. Filling a small claim as we speak. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE.

Update - as of 10/2 over a month later, I still don't have my tv... they keep saying they have to order parts...the guy at the counter didn't seem to care his response was..well I just work at the counter.... I asked him to have a the person that knows whats going on to call me and still no call. At this point I have had to buy a new tv to put in my home and I'm looking into seeking legal action to get a full refund. Original post - Called regarding getting my tv repaired. The person who answered the phone made it seem like an easy process. Mentioned that it was probably either my power cord or a bulb. When I got there the person at the counter acted as if he didn't want to be bothered, I was charged per a per inch fee before they would even look at my TV to see if it could be fixed and he refused to take the power cord to see if that was part of the issue. I was promised a 2 to 3 day turn around and a week later I still have not heard anything from them.

I asked them to fix my laptop screen and for some reason they took it upon themselves to take out my hard drive and replace it with another just to make sure that my computer will boot properly because supposedly my computer no longer worked. According to previous reviews a lot of computers don't work after their screens break. I'm sure it's nothing.😡 We'd recommend this place to no one.

Ok yes we are the only place that has the technology. it's not perfect and depending on how damage that Port is it me or may not work but it's always worth the risk the most your waist is about 40 bucks but more than likely will get it fixed
As the former manager I know that they were something that we fixed I no longer involved with the business your questions are good 👍 but the pricing and time and all that stuff need to be determined. Your problem could be minor or not so minor, that's why places need to see the unit.
