I was very impressed by Gates towing . I called with my concern about my car and about me being a single parent and Scott was very compassionate and very understanding about my situation and helped me out about and with my concern . The best I have ever experienced and i would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and they have the best rates so far that i have seen . Gates towing was contacted through my insurance provider Gates towing sent a driver Who told me he couldn't tow the car With the truck he had, he told me he contacted the office and they would send another truck out, no one came.I contacted the insurance provider well into the night to try to get them to come out come out with the other truck they kept pushing the time out into the next day now its Saturday Afternoon and gates sent another truck out The same truck the gentleman told me another truck would have to out to tow me,hours later I contacted the insurance provider who Contacted Gates towing who then told the Insurance provider they were not coming to tow my vehicle I even spoke to a dispatcher directly who said a truck is on the way but to no avail the worst part is I had to leave my handicapped child in the care of others while gates towing gave me the run around.

Car would not start after dinner. Gates towed the car to their repair shop. Addressed the issue and got the car squared away. Appreciate the help - the Buick is still rolling without issue after the repair.

Scheduled a tow through my insurance provider and was matched up with Gates towing. I scheduled the tow for 7-7:30am, and after nobody showed up by 7:30, I checked my insurance app to find out that the job had been “completed.” I had a missed call at 5:30am, which obviously went unanswered by me since that’s 2 hours before the scheduled time. I’m not sure how that’s even possible when that’s well before their normal business hours. Insurance said they would be here in 30 minutes, and then the tow was cancelled altogether. I’m not sure if it’s insurance or the company who dropped the ball, but regardless I’m still stranded while insurance tries to connect me with someone else who can tow a car. Edit: Seems like it was insurance who didn't communicate the pickup time properly. I appreciate the prompt response/customer service!
