Atrocious place. My mom has been here at her appointment while I waited downstairs. I came upstairs to Dr Lee Berks office concerned and when I asked one of the receptionist if my mom was okay she acted as if me inquiring was annoying to her. She then informed me that my mom hasn't even been seen by the Dr. This place is a joke.

I believe from 8:00 am

If my doctor is not available and I go to urgent I assume that my records would be available to the attending doctor at the center. Is that correct?
