I am giving a 5-star review here after living at Hudson Park for a year now. The reason is this: since Mike Vargas assumed the role of Manager of Resident Services Manager of this property it has been like no other level of service I've experienced in all of my years as a renter in NYC. Mr. Vargas is not only the consummate professional, but is also a very personable and genuinely friendly guy. He makes himself available above and beyond anytime my husband and I have had reason to call upon him. He goes out of his way and is very prompt and effectual-and we have had occasion to need some quick assistance! We are impressed and very grateful for his attention to detail and personal approach in his position at Hudson Park/Greystar. Thanks Mike!

I'm finishing up my second lease with Hudson Park. My actual apartment is fine, the front desk workers and the maintenance workers are great, but the actual office staff/leasing staff are extremely inefficient and lack attention to detail. I dread any instance where I have to talk to the leasing office because the back and forth is truly exhausting. They will never respond with a straight answer (or any answer at all). It usually takes multiple follow ups to even get an answer. If my experience didn't require the assistance of the main leasing office it would have been a better, but unfortunately that's not the case. We've decided to leave because they increased our rent even though they have not added any value to the building or the apartment since we've moved in. Also due to covid there were restrictions on communal spaces that we couldn't use (which I completely understand for the safety of the community, but to increase rent when we can't even use the full amenities isn't fair).
