I had a phone interview for Monday. No one ever called and I can't get anyone on the phone what should I do? I'm very new to this thing. So can someone help?

Make sure your redetermination app is filled out FIRST or they wont call. Same happened to me. Its in the letter but not v. apparent. . DONT call the toll free number bc theres no option to talk to a person! Try the email address but I can attest to that.

I'm having kind of the same problem I can't get into my account on the computer I've tried everything from opening up a new account to changing the password nothing and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone for over a week so I'm just going to go into the office I know they're only letting certain amount of people into the building and there's usually a line but the line goes pretty fast I went by there a couple days ago
