No stars!! The receptionist at this facility needs to get fired asap! She has no training whatsoever. She can never answer simple questions that someone in her position should know. The patient's time is of no concern at this place. Lazy and ignorant!

Wow!! Service isn’t good at all. I came to my appointment at 1:13pm even though it was 1:15pm. The older African American lady at the front desk with glasses told me it’ll take 5 minutes to do my paper work.

They really need to do a full reinterview process for everybody that works here. First, I was originally denied service because I was told I was “late” after being told my appt would be for 8:30am.. after arriving at 8:22am I was told my appt was canceled due to no show. Upon leaving I was called BACK because someone canceled 5 mins after I left and was told my daughter could be seen. After filling out paperwork I was pointed to the medical waiting room. After 30 minutes to a hour I was called in the back for my daughter to be seen. Once I got back there she wasn’t there 5 minutes before they said “because she was 7 minutes late we can’t do a wellness check because that’s appt only and you were now considered a walk in since we canceled your appt. after walking out the room i went to the front to at least get a doctors note for my daughters daycare being we missed the check in time and was told no as well until I shared some words of God with them. I don’t even want a reply. I asked my daughter name be removed from the system and I will find her better service.
