I have a Florida license, and was recently married. I've been living here again now for 2 years, and I need to get a Louisiana License or ID. My first driver's license was Louisiana. Can I come in and get a Louisiana license with my new last name?

Yes bring your current Florida drivers license, your ssn# card, proof of your mailing address and finally your marriage license.
