What to do if a dogs chain is long enough to reach the side walk . I’m scared to walk on my own side walk because it’s an pit bull (blue pit). It barks and try’s to come towards you. I have told my neighbors about it . What to do?

Talk to the Quality of Life Officer in your police district. There are regulations about dogs and chains and property lines. A resident's dog should not be able to get to you as a pedestrian. Call your district phone number.
