they are very compassionate and helpful ,, knowledgeable about any animal situation
The spca will run a scanner over the pup to find out if s/he is chipped
Turn her in to the SPCA and maybe the owner will come looking for her. I did that with one of.my dogs and I checked back a week later. When he was still there I adopted him.
