Anytime, this place is terrible...please if you're planning to move in....DON'T....Each apartment get assigned 1 parking space regardless of how many people are on the lease, the towing company Alleycat roams around 24/7 and tows cars at will. You can't have visitors because there's no parking spaces for them as the very few visitors parking has been permanently commandeered by people who have 2 or 3 cars. People have been moving out, unfortunately because of lake of awareness some people have also been moving in, but move out also as soon as they realize the situation. I'm also about to leave!!!
They tow 24hrs if you park either on fire lane or another person parking slot and he/she called the appartment office. A friends cars has been towed around 2am for parking on fire lane
