Normally a good choice but my last 2 pizzas were burnt and cold. This time the driver arrived with NO MASK announcing he is from Door Dash.

Terrible service! Delivery took almost two hours due to "Delivery driver shortage" This unacceptable, especially when the place is a 5 minute drive from my house! I would have been better off walking to pick it up, which I shouldn't have to do late a night with a 6 year old...which is why I paid for Delivery!! I will not be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so. Oh, by the way...I wasn't compensated for this inconvenience!

I went to order a large count of pizzas for my son's birthday. I ordered it for 6pm and it came early! All the kids were so happy. Ed was so very polite to me and even told my son happy birthday. Autumn, the women who took my order also added a birthday card saying happy birthday from the papa John's family. Customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you guys so much for making my son's birthday special.

I ordered last night and it's 6pm the next day.... we have not received our food! I've been calling all day and no answer! I've tried their chat service.... nothing!! Total BS
