I love the staff and maintenance people, very nice people. buuuut.... I currently live here in these apartments and when I say I regret it... When I first came, I never seen my apartment. They put my in the smallest apartment. Apartment is beyond run down. The pretended to update it. The WIFI is freaking horrible. I never heard of Moonbeam WIFI. I had to work from home during covid and I couldn't because the WIFI was rancid, slow, keeps shutting off. The kitchen is narrow, no space for anyone to walk in. Plumbing issues everyday especially with the dishwasher. My stove has not worked in 2 months, 2 burners have been out. Maintenance responds fast but the issues are never fixed or only are fixed for a couple hours. The store has no numbers on it so I never know what I am setting my oven to. I went through the whole winter with the heat not working off and on and the water not staying hot past 20 minutes. My apartment is not worth the money they charged me for. Do not move here. I do not recommend at all. Don't get me started on the roaches. My house is kept clean and spotless. WHYYYYYY am I getting roaches. Hole in the wall since i moved in, door knobs been lose. I had to tighten my own front door because it was falling off when I first moved in.

never ever ever move here I repeat never . Mice and roaches literally everywhere , from outside to inside my house . Not a great area for kids at all, i was outside getting in my car one day it was a whole drive by shooting . My neighbor car got shoot into , and don’t get me started on the maintenance it’s no point in having them they never come . Please look else where cause this place is not a home it’s an infestation .

I used to live here & i hated it , there were flies all over the place , mice running all over & cockroaches. I was so happy when i moved from here. And i hate the fact we have to use the apartment wifi & it’s really terrible, The only thing i like is the spacious balcony & the ac that’s all everything else is terrible from the entrance to the rooms & bathroom

When we arrived, we found roaches and mice on our first night and they really don’t do much to control the pests. It’s hard to sleep at night because I’m paranoid of the mice. If you’re planning on moving in, I suggest you inspect the area first for roaches and holes OR steel wool in any areas (which is a clear indicator of mice activity). Once again, we’ve just moved in.... also our neighbors are really gross, smoke weed all the time, and they litter a lot.
