Very unprofessional and rude! I have called three times on three separate occasions leaving detailed Messages, including my name phone number, email address and type of apartment i’m interested in leasing, Since my first time reaching out 2 weeks ago and leaving detailed message, I have yet to receive any type of response, This is very unprofessional and rude not to mention you’re standing up potential profit for the apartment complex and company and trust me i know I work in property management.

This place is really nice but the Assistant Manager is very unprofessional. She interferes in residents personal relationships by going back repeating information that was shared with her, causing confusion. Then uses her title to it's advantage by contacting law enforcement when the resident woman is visiting staying she doesn't want her on the property. Why? To keep the woman away so she can have the male resident all to herself. She is a poor representative for this place and the epitome of a poor Assistant Manager. She needs to go or the company is going to have a lawsuit at her expense.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! MY NEW PLACE! The office manager and staff was very helpful in making this transition easy. Moving from a townhouse to an apartment was different but we love the space, the amenities and more. Close by the beltway and many stores. Met some really helpful and nice neighbors already. If you are looking for a wonderful community check them out!
