Nice campground. All the rv amenities. Booking was very easy. Too bad the water was really low when we visited.

There was a mix up on our reservation but our camp host Gary was super helpful!! He is very friendly to all campers and made our stay wonderful! I told him I would give him a favorable review… he is a “10” for sure. Thanks so much!!

We picked this spot because it was a half-way point between our families, and had a great time. The sites were spacious, the hosts were friendly, and there was a decent amount of trees for eastern Oregon. One thing to call out is that the lake was really low--the boat ramp didn't even go all the way to the water, but we were able to walk to it. Also note that the site map for the online reservation system is not the current layout of the camp (see attached).

We 'landed' here to stay for the night. Thankfully, they were letting tenters overflow into the day use area. We arrived late so all the tent places had been taken but we'd found a perfect spot to park. We were trying out sleeping in the 4runner rather then a tent so it was perfect. The campground was very quiet. It looked like there were a lot of sites but one should probably arrive sooner in the day to get a spot. I do not know if reservations are accepted or not.

NO
Not positive but I think they close for the season today.
Half of the sites you can reserve on reservation.gov the others are first come
You will need cash. There are envelopes at the pay kiosk for you to put the money into and write your information onto. The people who man the campground are really nice, and you can talk to them if you need anything.

It was $20/ night for Loop B & C. $34/ night for Loop A (closer to dock and water). $60 for family spots. Not sure about number of cars, but most places are a 1 car max with $10/car addition per night.
If you're asking about walking around the entire lake, It's a full day with "a lot" of gear.
Absolutely. Your pet will love the clear areas within the pine trees. There's not a lot of trouble they can get in. The people are friendly too
Check with the local government office (Forrest Service, BLM etc) for current restrictions
When we vacationed there the majority of the empty sights had reserved signs on them and when we left they were still empty.....loved the stay but not their system
