Literally Krystal is 10/10! She was so helpful and kind and she went over and beyond to get me into an apartment home. Very genuine and will definitely make sure your comfortable and have everything that you need. Also, I’m in love with my apartment. No complaints. The closet space is top tier and I have so much privacy! The pictures online don’t do it any justice!

I've lived here for about 9 months now and I really don't have any complaints. Maintenance is extremely responsive. There was only one incident that I will say that truly disappointed me. My window was broken after business hours one a Friday night and I called the after hours line. I left 3 messages the night it happened which I must point out the police were involved and received no response. The next morning I awoke to still no response. It was only when I called the next morning which was a Saturday and left a message that I was going to call corporate about the fact and I received no response the night before. If I leave a urgent that my window was broken the night before and nobody responds to the fact that my home was now compromised and my safety was not taken into consideration to the fact that I now could have had an open entry to my home if it wasn't for the double pane windows. They didn't know if the message I left referred to the complete window or a window slot I simply window. So in essence being that I said window it should have understood that an entry was now open and needed to be closed immediately. But nothing! Nevertheless when the maintenance came after Saturday mornings message they were there within 15 minutes. Being after that I would still recommend Gateway Gardens. The parking is a little bit of a irritation but I'm a one car unit so it's only a issue when I have guests after hours. My unit has a bit of a porch area and I really like that. The security presence is nice. I could say that a dishwasher would be nice but it's not a deal breaker. It's only dishes!!

I love living here. I have no complaints. At one point I didn’t see security around but I see security more nowadays. The people in the rental office are always pleasant. Ms. Lakesha has worked with me on different issues. I have never experienced her having a attitude or anything like that. The neighborhood itself is kept nice. I often see staff doing upkeep to the place. The only issue That I think most people have here is parking and going up on the rent every year. Other than that it’s great over here at gateway!

Where do I start? Ok, I really have no complaints here. This was my first apartment. I got a 15 month lease here. The day I applied, was the day I moved in. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, beautiful lighting a/c worked, heat worked. Neighbors were friendly. No bugs (roaches, mice) Parking was good when I first moved in because I was assigned a personal parking space. Gateway changed that to a free for all/pay $180 every 3 months for reserved parking (I did not like this). Overall, this area was a good commute to everything you needed. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED so they seem pricy, but this is the market rate for this area. Upon leaving, my only complaints are the resident that lived above me was always loud no remote for knowingly living in an apartment you can hear every sound from her apartment which was annoying. Sending an email, look for a response 3 days later, or never. Maintenance was awesome for my needs. My apartment was great so I barely needed them but when I did they was on time.
