No. U would have to walk downhill.

Camp Richardson is probably the closest boat launch area.

There is none. There are boat launch area, rentals. About 11 miles away. Near the marina.

There is not, you have to walk way down to get to the beach. I believe to the south there is a launch within reason via car.
