Nice place to walk around and check out some old mansions. There's not too much to see unless you take the tours (which are offered during peak season only and run about $12) but it's a nice place to take a stroll. Parking is free and the beach is close to the lot so that's a plus!

I would consider calling the chamberer of commence members to see if they can help you.
No sure on the estate but you can still hike the mountain.
It's worth it if you'd like to see a restored millionaires's luxury country home from the 1920s along with the history of how that money was made and the plight of the Native Americans who were all but destroyed in the pursuit of that wealth.
