I gave this place a try!! Honestly the service is horrible and the outcome after they said the car was clean is just beyond poor!! I think someone needs to train these folks! I paid the platinum price but I got the basic plan!!!.. Not coming back but I don't think they care... I wish I could've shared pictures of how poor of a job it was done.

The cashier Claudia was very attentive and explained the packages very well plus a dollar for every floor mat I want to be cleaned and washed and their vinyl, two in the front, one long in the middle and the cargo one which is a total of 4 and we agreed I paid. Opone getting home I usually do a small touch up hear and there but to find out that they did not even open my trunk and vacuum or cleaned my floor mat very disappointing
