Definitely can join. I don't think they have round tables however they could order them for you
For sure, nonprofits can join, Ask the equipment person about tables
A nonprofit can so I think church can. They have some chairs and things but you'd have to call and ask directly if they have tables. Mostly this is restaurant supply not fundraiser groups.
