Been fine so far with the service of the apartment complex until a recent late rent fee was charged. We recently renewed the lease and have always been using automatic payment and always pay on time. We was not informed by any source that we will need to update the automatic payment to reflect the new lease data. We also receive the late rent notice after passing the deadline. Called the manger and explain the situation, she couldn’t waive the fee for us, even though it’s a systematic error we should not be blamed for. Also comment on the the response below: No I did not have the knowledge of update the payment upon lease renewal. If I did, then I would not have this complain at all. It will be nice to receive some notice upon lease renewal.

Rachel Gardens is a lovely apartment complex. They have a park for the kids which is a plus. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond to your requests.
