Horrible customer service! Michael Mikhail, CEO and founder directly offered options. But was ambiguous of my offers while quick to collect 3600 for appraisal while others came in at 2500 at the highest by other lenders! He didn’t even have a bid, couldn’t give me an appraiser time line of when they could deliver. So when I questioned him, (he is a fast talker , fast talkers talk fast to circle around you to confuse you from the truth) I asked him to slow down he was speaking too fast and mumbling with his NJ accent. He got mad and hung up. Felt like I was in second grade. All I needed was terms. He was mad I questioned terms and appraisal. Makes me realize, I was about to be scammed or he needed fast 3600.00. These 5 stars people place are bots. Read between the line, they say nothing. People talk about effectiveness not options. Bots talk about options.

Pros: They're a legit lender and able to give out decent sized loans against your investment properties. They're able to get you up to 85% TVL against your property and require minimal paperwork and no W2's or taxes. They're able to cut upfront costs and add it your loan. Cons: They're not very efficient. Their customer service isn't great. They may take weeks to get back to you once you submit all the paperwork. You may have to chase them to get a response. The timeline from application to funding is pretty long. My experience with them wasn't great, I wouldn't recommend them if you're in need of cash fast. Also I'm 90% sure all the 5 star reviews are bots. When you see a google reviewer with 1 or 2 reviews only they're usually bots and I can't imagine anyone giving this business 5 stars. Ended up not going through with the loan, they didn't want to work with me after I posted a bad review, where I did make a mistake of calling them a scam company (which was false & I deleted it) but other than that everything else is the truth.
