I don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow directions. “I only want an oil change, please do not check the air filters”. 5 min later…. “Sir, these are your filters, they are KINDA dirty”. Lol Then the upsell. If you let these people charge you over 100$ for air filters and installation you should be ashamed of yourself. A 30 second YouTube video and you’ll be an expert. Such shady work going on here. Watching them upsell unsuspecting people. They are laughing at you. I have to edit this, the counter guy just told a customer “my boss added a bunch of coupons that I don’t have access to, so this is a really good deal”. I can’t lmao. How do they keep a straight face?? You really do get a quick lube I suppose.
