It often depends more on the act than the venue. You'd have to call for each individual one. However, I've usually found that if your parent is taking you, something can be worked out or it's usually okay.
You have to check to see if it's an all ages show. If not it's usually 18/21 and up.
It's up to your parents and if the tickets only allow for 18 & older
Ask your mom & dad to check with the venue (website,should do).
