You need a fishing license if you are of age and there isn't a day fishing pass. You need a boating pass(for a self launch of a personal boat) or a rental for the boats at the lake. Fishing off of the bridge is free but bank fishing and fishing of off the dam is prohibited.

Not sure, but the no trespassing might be linked to the school days. Since they have the community library in the school I would think that it would be fine outside of school hours. Might be best to ask someone working at the park near the dock.

You can definitely bring a grill, as they have covered picnic tables. You cannot, however, bring a tent. The park closes at dusk.
