Yes.you tell them to clean their ears .they can do it ,but you have to tell them.

It's too expensive
each pet is different when my dog wouldn't let me clean his ears I had similar suspicious and took him in. They cleaned his ears for me. The charge is different for the type of animal. I do not know how much it would be for a cat.
