I was referred to them from another vets office. My puppy has been sick, and after listening to me describe his symptoms, the operator said she would check with her colleague. Another woman came back to the phone and rudely stated “we’re not seeing anymore new clients!” Unbelievably rude and insensitive. I will NEVER use their services!

Recently went, I must say they showed my dog such care and love it was amazing! They made sure she was comfortable before anything! Truly amazing! I'm beyond happy she has a happy safe comfort place.

This is easily the only place you should go to get your pets looked after. The doctors, nurses and staff will treat you and your pets with the utmost compassion and care. They will spend the time to talk to you, and answer all of your questions, making sure your pets are fully taken care of. I could not recommend VCC more, you are in phenomenal hands.

I think they handle birds there -- but you might want to call them first to make sure they can treat him. Hope your rooster is better soon.

Are appointments necessary or can I walk in?

Julie Falen | Sep 18, 2018
Brianne Rogers | Sep 18, 2018

They do take walk ins, if they aren't busy, but one time we tried to walk in with our 3 cats, and they told us it would be $20 extra per cat unless we made an appointment. But we've walked in before and they didn't charge us the extra $20. It's better to make the appt, but you don't have to. This place is great!!
