I always get my tickets online ahead of time, but if you're getting them the day of, then yeah, they hike up the fee. In my experience, tickets are cheapest when they're first announced and available to buy. The box office service fee is usually $2.25 per ticket for shows with a face value less than $20, and $5.50 per ticket for shows with a face value of $20.01 and above.
The service fees are the same whether purchased online or at the venue. Doesn't differ.
Just went to a show there and it s about 10 in fees
To be honest, I have only been once. The tickets were $37.50. I bought mine for $20 & the guy had a few more to sell. I didn't even make it to the ticket booth. So I bought a concert shirt with the money I saved!
