We visited on a Sunday about a week ago with friends and the front desk said their credit card system was down, then let us know it was fixed and we were able to pay for admission. The next day, myself and the friends who attended with us all had multiple fraudulent charges for the same admission and concession fees. It has been over a week of calling, leaving voicemails and even filling out the useless "contact us" form online and I have not heard back from anyone after I was told initially they would be reversing the charges. There have been 20+ continued attempts to charge my card in the last week to the point that I had to temporarily disable the card to stop them from taking funds! Do not waste your money here!

We had our son’s birthday party at Urban Air and it was very fun for a range of ages. Our host Lily was very nice and helpful. It made for a very enjoyable hosting experience as Lily took care of it all. Definitely recommend.

No, there is no laser tag. There is a virtual game you can play, but no laser nor paint tag. It is a very nice place though.
I think they do ,but it's best to do a reservation.
The kids had fun
I honestly would not recommend for children under 7 years of age. Unlike traditional trampoline parks, they don't have a toddler area. So little kiddo's and big kids all share the same areas.

It depends on what package you get... You have to register first... They have 3 different ones and then you get the parent ticket... That gets you on anything the Kids are doing...
