The Wildlife Animal Center moved to King of Prussia recently. They were previously in Roxborough.
You should try the animal rescue league of Berks county. I know for sure they take all animals and its a no kill shelter. Im kot sure about Providence animals center... I've only seen cats and dogs there..
I think with a fox depending on the age and health they might contact a animal refuge or zoo
