The best place to learn more about adopting is the Providence Animal Center website. There are a lot of dogs and cats of all ages looking for homes and frequent discounts on fees. The cost to really consider is the recurring cost of caring for a pet.

There's a lot that goes into pricing puppies. So yea your best bet would be to talk to a representative as previously stated.
