I agree. And you won't be disappointed. Best food on the OBX!!!

If you have the kind of child that can sit fairly quietly and eat with focus, then yes. My daughter was like that as a toddler and I took her anywhere. If you don't have that kind of child, then no. For all the reasons previously stated.

Very much depends on the child. This is an environment you will want to savor along with the food.

I think it depends on your child. Its more like a fine dining experience, although a bit more laid back then a real fine dining place. If your child can handle that kind of slower paced meal then you'll be fine. *Edited to add that I took both of my younger children (1 year and almost 3 years) and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. No one in the restaurant seemed to mind them being there. However, they were tired from being on the beach and we had to leave before dessert. They have eaten at some upscale places before so I didn't hesitate to bring them.

Not the best place to take a 21 month old toddler. The space here is very tight. A terrific cafe with great menu.

Honestly, I would not. The restaurant is tight, petite, has stairs, and is pretty quiet and fancy. I'm sure you want an honest answer. Great restaurant!

Not really. Love the restaurant.

Not so much...it is kind of like an intimate French bistro but seafood cuisine.
