Ok so these are my first 2 tickets I ever got. And I don't know if I need to have the full payment when I go in or can I just have some of it and work the payments? I've never been to court for something like this .

the best I can answer that is go to court prepared to pay full amount, you have the right to present your case to the judge or just ask for a reduction in fines and points. without knowing all the details involved with your case it is hard to say what the outcome may be. plan for the worst and hope for the best is the only truthful answer I can give

You have no business driving, and should have DEFINATELY had a much higher fine.
