I do basketball here coatches are ok but maybe make it fair there are kids that have played with each other for 8 years and I’m stuck with the kids that are sitting in the paint and traveling I just don’t get it

Parents should be allowed in the pool for 1st time swimming lessons especially if their child is scared of water. It should also be by age group. The instructor is defensive and expects a child to just trust her. He facial expressions said it all...no patience...no encouragement.. a waste of my money and time. I will teach my kid myself.

If I could give it a zero I would! Went in on yesterday to register my children ages:9,7,3 (she couldn't tell their ages) for Summer swim lessons and the lady at the front desk didn't get her name said that they were booked already. Mind you, my children have done lessons there before, and they split it up by age which they should. But how can you say that you were booked without asking which child I was registering? Then when I asked for the paper to fill out for the July classes, she stated, "Oh we're not doing a waiting list" I didn't ask you about a waiting list miss. I asked for the paper I would have to fill out anyway in July if they did do swimming lessons there (so I would already have it filled out). Cane Bay has gained new customers.
