Berkeley County Sheriff's deputies don't Serve & Protect they Serve & SELECT. If you are not important enough they don't care about you, your feelings or what you think. The majority of them don't even know the correct laws so nothing gets done. They leave ALOT to be desired. While they are not all bad alot of them are not good with people & should stay home. That Department is awful

Depends on the department. In Florida some police departments most definately have done that and still do. It got to the point with me that I just called the highway patrol on the Police Officer who pulled me over. Turns out, in Florida, the highway partol can issue citations or "write ups" to sherriffs or police officers that clearly violate their power. The cop was told he had two more strikes before he lost his badge. If you are not just being harrassed and go this route, prepare to be royally screwed when the county and state realize you wasted their time.

the best I can answer that is go to court prepared to pay full amount, you have the right to present your case to the judge or just ask for a reduction in fines and points. without knowing all the details involved with your case it is hard to say what the outcome may be. plan for the worst and hope for the best is the only truthful answer I can give
They will go to your neighbors and ask to control them. And when that don't work it will be a civil matter. Then you have to go to magistrate court and pay $80.00 to take them to court. So basically the cops can't do anything but tell you it's a civil matter.
