Unless it's under warranty, find someone else. The only reason i keep coming here is that my car is still under warranty, but the service is horrible
Their service department is better than the other CDJR dealers in the area, but if you didn't buy it there, your dart may not get the attention you want, especially if they can't "recreate" the problem. Chrysler products and the corporate office are about profit and not the customer no matter what they say. Unless you have a preferred dealer you have dealt with that you are satisfied with, i wouldn't deal with any CDJR dealer.
I agree with you , the service it's horrible they care about making profit not satisfying customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience
