Our office called PuroClean on a Monday morning after finding a water heater had burst and flooded our office. The technicians and owner were there within an hour and set up dehumidifiers, air purifiers and other machines to get our office back to normal. They also found a lot of mold on the subfloor and went to great lengths to remediate those areas as well. I definitely recommend Bruce and his crew for any water damages and repairs needed!

Called for an evaluation. Arranged with the receptionist for a technician to visit. Technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and seemingly knowledgeable. Upon leaving, he indicated he would prepare a proposed course of action. At this point we were pleased. Hadn't heard anything after a week, so I called. Was told the technician or someone would get back to me to discuss our issues. No response. Called again. No response. Dissapointed.

Called Puroclean this morning and was able to schedule a same-day visit for a mold concern. Trevor and Chandler arrived and did an inspection/assessment for mold found on drywall and flooring during a bathroom remodel we are currently doing. Both were very professional and honest in their advice for treatment and remedying of the issue. I will certainly be using PuroClean again and recommend them to anyone!

I asked Trevor the project manager to come out and do an assessment on a crawl space that my buyer was panicking over, and he came the next day and calmed us down that the inspector made a bigger deal then there was. He saved out Real Estate Transaction and we will definitely work with them again!

No! Water conducts electricity and can deliver a potentially deadly electric shock. If the fire is from an appliance and you can safely unplug it, go ahead. You can also use a heavy blanket to cut off its oxygen supply and smother it, or you can use a fire extinguisher designed for a Class C fire.
The key to preventing mold growth is moisture control. There are many ways to achieve this including repairing leaks in your home—from walls, roof, gutters, plumbing pipes, etc., keeping indoor humidity at about 30-50%, ventilating appliances that generate moisture, getting your HVAC system inspected annually, cleaning gutters, and using materials such as mold-resistant paint.
Check the surface of the wall for water stains, peeling paint, or warping. Push on the wall lightly – if it's soft and spongy, that's an indication of moisture damage. Then, take the smell test. If the wall smells musty, like rotted leaves, it is a telltale sign of water damage.
