My second time taking my Grand Cherokee in for the same noise, 1st time here at Classic. I explained as much as I could, and unlike the other service center, the tech here actually spent time to properly diagnose my care and then resolve the issue. Very happy from an overall service perspective and cost perspective. Will for sure be coming back here with my Jeep!

If you need service/repairs done to your vehicle? DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought a vehicle from a 3rd party dealer (which was a huge mistake) I noticed that my vehicle began to shake while driving at low speeds and while at idle. So I took it upon myself to replace the spark plugs thinking that would solve the issue but it didn’t so I had someone come out and look at the vehicle and they provided me with the codes. So I took my jeep to a mechanic they stated that it was my head gasket and engine, so it needed to be taken to a Jeep Dealership. So I took it to this dealership thinking they would be able to fix whatever the issue was. I was sadly mistaken. 1st time they said it was a recall so they reset everything (check engine light was on but went off after I left the dealership). Went to crank the car next day for work SURPRISE… check engine light came back on and car was still shaking. Called them and they told me to bring it back, so I did. 2nd time they said that something was wrong with the right side of my engine and the spark plugs needed to be replaced (previously stated) I’ve already replaced the spark plugs, so they did the “repairs” good thing I had an extended warranty because it would’ve cost me almost $2500 in “repairs”. Got the vehicle back with minor shaking… CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes back on again then goes off after driving it for a few days so I thought maybe it just needed to be reset…. WRONG. 3rd time I noticed my car would overheat while sitting in 5pm charlotte traffic and I went home and opened my overfill tank and the coolant leaked on the ground so I thought I had a leak so I took it back to them… they ran some test, put coolant in the tank, said they let it run for awhile, drove it and said everything was perfectly fine it was because I opened the overfill tank while the engine was still hot.. so I said oh okay I won’t do that again. Got the car back and what do you know? Car starts to overheat again lmao but that’s not the best part… went to go to work and car won’t start at all. Checked the battery it was perfectly fine, lights were bright and stereo came on. The engine just rattled and shakes and car would just shut off. NOW I’m without a car because I refuse to keep dealing with these issues and with coming out of pocket for them to diagnose the vehicle and say “nothing is wrong with it… I wish I had a car like that” BULLSH*T!!! I will never take my car again let alone buy a car from them as well. Sales people are a joke tried quoting me a down payment of $5,000 on a vehicle they have priced at $18,500. I know my credit isn’t perfect but it definitely isn’t bad either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Let me start off by saying Jared Hill my sales guy was on point he gave me the best for my trade and worked with the price of the new jeep he put me in. If you go to classic jeep ask for Jared he is not pushy and makes sure you are happy before walking out with your new car.

Was told a lie about a vehicle being at there dealership. On top of that they tried to overcharge me for another one.

Zero, under warranty
Masks and social distancing
Unless it's under warranty, find someone else. The only reason i keep coming here is that my car is still under warranty, but the service is horrible
