Please don't declaw your cat. There are many humane ways to get them to stop scratching up your furniture or what else they're doing. You can trim their nails, get nail caps, provide multiple cat scratchers, etc. Declawing is chopping their fingers off and usually has more cons than pros. They get stressed out easily and when provoked they will bite because they have no other way to defend themselves. Declawing is not humane and we at HSC do NOT support it by any means.
