You must be 18 years old to volunteer and the process can take some time. However, you are welcome to fund raise and hold donation drives for us any time. To volunteer physically at the shelter you need to be 18 yo. But they have worked with scouting groups and individuals who have programs outside the shelter. One eagle scout just donated 10 dog houses per their website. On their website the have contact numbers for volunteer supervisors
